With a passion in systems thinking, service design, and organizational change Laura hopes to transform the aspirations of stakeholders into trailblazing solutions.

Say hello to our new Creative Director, Radhika Agarwal! ✨

Radhika is a service designer and strategist who is passionate about designing systems and creating authentic solutions to meet emerging challenges. With professional experiences in robotics, design, strategy, biology, and music, Radhika seeks challenges at the intersection of commonly siloed disciplines.

At Catapult, Radhika is excited to push the boundaries of what design can mean in the impact space and how we can shift our processes to center communities in creating sustainable solutions. She enjoys applying her design interests more broadly as a Visiting Faculty member at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design and through creative collaborations in critical design and film.
