Emily A. Poler is the founding partner of Poler Legal LLC. For nearly 20 years years she has managed tough legal issues, through both litigation and negotiation, for multinational companies and complex organizations. Her practice focuses on high growth companies and founder disputes.

Emily is a graduate of Oberlin College and New York University School of Law. Before founding her own firm, she has worked at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP and Schindler Cohen & Hochman, LLP, a litigation boutique where she represented manufacturers, designers, production companies, investment banks, not-for-profit organizations, trade unions, and high-net-worth individuals in a wide range of sophisticated, high-stakes matters.
