Haleemah Sadiah

Haleemah Sadiah is a social impact designer who enjoys creating spaces that bring people together to learn, develop, and advocate for themselves. She has experience working with communities in India and the US, where she facilitated co-creation workshops and built tools for organizational strategy and learning. Haleemah has an MFA in Design for Sustainability from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor in Accessory Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Bangalore.

As a human-centered designer, she specializes in healthcare, education, and organizational development, with a strong focus on building agency within communities. Recognized as a GreenBiz Group 30-under-30 honoree in 2023 for her work in sustainability, Haleemah’s expertise advances Catapult Design’s mission to design for sustainable and inclusive social impact.

Her relevant work with Catapult Design includes leading the Indigenizing Design work, which built an indigenous design methodology, and the Cone Health work Cone Health Hospital Group in rural North Carolina to build the design capacity of the hospital’s innovation teams and several non-profits.
