Lauren Peters Lague is a purpose-driven marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in design, strategy, and brand development. She is dedicated to building brands that generate social, environmental, and economic impact. Currently, Lauren serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Black Girls Code, where she is advancing the organization’s mission to cultivate the next generation of female tech innovators.

Lauren’s career includes a proven track record of success at industry leaders such as Salesforce, where she spearheaded brand development initiatives and launched the Salesforce Designer career path. Her expertise spans marketing leadership, strategic design, and fostering innovation to drive meaningful change.

In addition to her professional roles, Lauren serves as the Chair of Catapult Design’s Board of Directors and is actively involved in advancing Climate Positive Design’s Pathfinder CO2 sequestration tools to combat climate change. Through her work, Lauren continues to champion initiatives that address critical global challenges and inspire transformative solutions.
