Raised on the Fort Mojave Indian Reservation (CA/NV/AZ), Melody is a dedicated leader with a passion for creating educational and career opportunities through collaboration and strategic solutions. With extensive experience in workforce development, program planning, and capacity building, Melody has worked with a diverse range of organizations to design and implement impactful initiatives.
Melody brings expertise in strategy formation, program assessment and evaluation, project management, training, and technical assistance. Her work has supported key agencies and organizations such as the Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Education (DOE), Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD), Gila River Indian Community, Fort Mojave Indian Tribe, and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Melody is the Founder of Indigenous Community Collaborative and the Co-Founder of Cahokia: SocialTech + ArtSpace.
