Stephanie Okpere leads the Design for Health Practice at Co-Creation Hub, where she brings over twelve years of experience in digital health innovation and strategic management. Her work focuses on advancing public health through the design and adoption of country-level technology solutions, with a particular emphasis on strengthening health systems across Africa.
Stephanie has led initiatives that have attracted over $20 million in funding to improve health and nutrition outcomes. She specializes in convening multi-sector stakeholders, guiding the development of impactful digital tools, and supporting organizations as they navigate complex health challenges with innovation at the core.
She currently convenes the African Digital Epidemiology and Innovation Network (ADEIN), fostering collaboration across the continent to strengthen the health innovation ecosystem. In her role at Co-Creation Hub, Stephanie advises health startups, supports applied research, and contributes to building inclusive, sustainable solutions for health equity.
Stephanie holds a master’s in Public Health from the University of Manchester, a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School, and multiple qualifications in leadership and management. She is recognized as a resilient and values-driven leader committed to shaping the future of health tech in Africa and beyond.
